The diversity of our portfolio attracted our clients to Morpurgo Architects. They found inspiration in our historic projects and felt confident that we would be able to create for them a house that evokes a Mediterranean style.
The exterior of the house is clad in stone and stucco, true to the design elements and materials that reflect the region. The façade is distinguished by multiple roof lines, masonry piers, and a pattern of window configurations with intricate detailing.
This two-story home is entered through a high portico which leads to an atrium facing a sculptural staircase. Beyond the stairs, a double-height Family Room with a soaring fireplace is flanked by windows overlooking vistas to the beautiful property.
The open plan connects the Living Room, Family Room, a large Entertainment space, Chef’s Kitchen, and formal Dining Room. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs.
The lower level features a Playroom and a Music Room for jam sessions.
