BROADWAY Village AFFORDABLE Housing,
Woodcliff Lake, NEW JERSEY

We were honored to see our Broadway Village Affordable Housing Community described in the local press as: “Low Cost Housing, High On Aesthetics.” “Housing: Affordable Units Distinguished by Dutch Colonial Look.”

Broadway Village surpassed Borough expectations and led to renovations of their 1920’s Municipal Building, Firehouse, Maintenance Facility, and Salt Shed, in addition to a study of ADA compliance of public buildings within Woodcliff Lake.

In response to the Mount Laurel decision mandating NJ municipalities to provide affordable housing, the Borough and the Bergen County Community Housing in Partnership sought a design concept that would infuse their inclusive housing community with
